RX Health operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with US-licensed healthcare providers for online medical consultations, clinical assessments, and, where medically appropriate, prescriptions for compounded medications fulfilled through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies.
Our services include:
- Online health assessments and clinical questionnaires.
- Provider review and telemedicine consultations.
- Prescription issuance at the sole discretion of the treating provider.
- Medication fulfillment and discreet home delivery.
- Ongoing patient support and care team access.
Important: RX Health is a technology platform facilitating telehealth services. The licensed healthcare providers who use our platform are independent professionals. Treatment decisions are made solely by the treating provider based on your individual clinical profile.
3. Eligibility
To use our Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a legal resident of a U.S. state where our services are available.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and intake.
- Not be prohibited from receiving telehealth services under applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and throughout your care.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
- Not share your account credentials with any third party.
- Use your account only for your own personal healthcare and not on behalf of others.
5. Medical Disclaimer
The content on this Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Clinical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are made by independent licensed healthcare providers. We do not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed or that you will achieve particular clinical outcomes.
- Medications offered through the Platform may include compounded drugs prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
- No claim is made that compounded medications are equivalent to, or a substitute for, any FDA-approved product.
- Individual results vary based on health profile, adherence, and clinical factors.
- This Platform does not replace your primary care physician or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
6.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and include the consultation fee, provider review, and medication cost. Prices are subject to change with notice.
6.2 Subscriptions
Some programs are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable interval unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds for compounded medications cannot be issued once a prescription has been dispensed due to the custom-compounded nature of the products and applicable pharmacy regulations. Refund requests for consultation fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 7 days of charge for assistance.
6.4 Payment Security
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We do not store raw payment card data.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate health information.
- Attempt to obtain prescriptions for conditions you do not have or for purposes other than personal medical use.
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer medications obtained through our Platform.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Platform.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse providers, staff, or other users.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this Platform are the property of RX Health or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RX Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RX Health, its affiliates, providers, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or provision of false health information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
